Can you name words related to these extreme activities ?

an extreme sport - ironing - at the back of a car - on ice - an eskimo kiss - Inuits - a sled - a helmet - a
festival - dangerous - incredible - exciting - thrilling – unbelievable – colourful.

What are all these people doing? What can you imagine about their state
of mind?

A & B: They are ironing in an unusual situation / place. The man in a yellow sweater is
ironing at the back of a car, probably in N.Y.C (we can see a yellow cab parked in the
street). The person with sunglasses is ironing on an ice field, maybe in the Arctic.
Maybe it is some kind of game / sport / challenge but it is funny. It must be difficult
to iron on a moving car or with gloves in extremely cold temperatures. We can’t really
believe it! It is incredible and very surprising / quite unexpected.
C: They are having an eskimo kiss / a nose kiss. They look happy. The woman is
laughing. The Inuits use this way of greeting as they only have their nose and eyes
exposed because of the cold.
D: He/She is a skeleton slider*. He/She is practicing an extreme sport. He/She is
sliding on his/her sled in a headfirst position. He/She must be thrilled because
skeleton racers go really fast.
E: We can see people covered with paint. This is a Hindu festival called Holi, a very
special and old tradition. They seem to be happy together, sharing an exceptional
moment, probably celebrating a special day in the year.
