Nmap (Vulnerability Assessment and Security Auditing Tool):

Nmap, short for Network Mapper, is a powerful open-source tool widely used for network exploration, security
auditing, and vulnerability assessment. It provides a comprehensive suite of features for discovering hosts,
services, and vulnerabilities within a network.
Task:
Your task is to utilize and explore Nmap's robust capabilities to gather valuable information essential for
security auditing and vulnerability assessment by scanning following two websites:
Website 1 Scan:
www.upxone.pk
Website 2 Scan:
www.thetruthislam.com/

Requirements:
You are required to use Nmap to scan two websites (as mentioned below) using their IP addresses:

1. Perform scans on both IP addresses targeting the first 1000 ports and gather information about the
operating systems and service versions running on each address.

2. You are required to use a single command to scan all the above information.

Instructions / How to Perform the Task:

1. Open URL of the given website in a web browser.

2. Copy the complete address (URL) from the browser's address bar.
3. Use the following link to find the IP address corresponding to each URL:
https://www.nslookup.io/website-to-ip-lookup/
4. By using appropriate command of Nmap, perform Nmap scan on the obtained IP address in Point 3.
How to submit assignment solution:

Capture screenshots of the Nmap scan results for each website and include them in the MS Word as the solution
file. Submit the Solution File on VU-LMS within due date.
