-I’d like to take this opportunity to talk about pizza with a reputation for its tasty

smell and eye-catching beauty.

My presentation is divided into 3 main parts
All right, let’s dive right in
So to begin with, let me walk you through the origin. According to researchers'
records, the first precursor of pizza appeared more than 1,000 years ago. Many
people believe that this dish comes from Greece. But most agree that the
predecessor of today's pizza is a type of cake made from flour and baked in Naples,
Italy. Then the pub's owner, Mr. Raffaele Esposito, made the dish even more
special, a pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Since then, this dish has
been spread everywhere in Italy in many ways.
Now that we have covered that, let’s move on to talk about..
Step 1: Prepare
- Flour
- Yeast
- Water
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce
- Cheese
- Toppings: your choice
Step 2: Make a dough and knead the dough
- Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add water and olive oil, mix well, and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Incubate the dough for about 1 hour to let it rise
Step 3: Shape and bake pizza
- Use flour to spread evenly on the table surface and roll the dough into a circle.
- Apply a thin layer of tomato sauce on the pizza.
- Spread cheese and toppings on the cake.
- Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
-Although it is one of the representatives of the fast food industry, pizza can
provide protein, iron, vitamins, and many other healthy minerals.
Pizza contains a lot of protein to help develop muscles and quickly improve
damage during exercise or movement. Furthermore, protein also participates in the
process of producing antibodies, enhancing resistance to protect the body from
harmful bacteria and viruses in the environment.
This ingredient not only brings a greasy and delicious feeling but also contains
many hidden benefits, helping to add more calcium to the human body.
