Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications are the talk of IT industry today. Soft
Computing, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Pattern
Recognition, Image Processing and Expert systems are the major concern of
AI research. AI is the part of the Computer Science Concerned with
designing, intelligent computer systems that exhibits the human form
intelligence. The computers of today are knowledge Information
processing systems. AI systems in turn, embody modules of organized
knowledge about specific areas of human expertise. They also support
sophisticated problem- solving and inference functions, providing users
with a source of intelligent advice on some specialized topic. The content
of this book is designed by referring Artificial Intelligence syllabus of
different universities. The basic knowledge imparted in this book can be
treated as a beginners guide for the AI learners.
