Setting up a Test Mode

1) Firstly select the desired Input that is going to create the action

1) Select the desired Input as a Test Mode of operation

2) Maybe opt for Non-Latching if for example using a key-switch to operate the Input
3) Name the Input for future reference
4) Click OK
1) Select the Cause and Effect tab
2) Double click on the Test Mode tab

1) Select the Input (Cause) that you have just created for Test Mode
2) Select or/single in this example as its only one Input required
3) Click Next
1) Select the Zones (Effect) that you want to put into Test Mode
2) Decide if Silent or Audible (Site specific)
3) Decide if to include Call Points and or Send to Network (Site Specific)
4) Click Next

1) Name the Cause and Effect for reference

2) Click Finished
In the LE1 software configuration tree you will see the Cause and Effect you have just
created for a Test Mode

Upload your configuration and when the Input is activated it will put the selected Zones
into Test Mode
