Job Title: 3D Architectural Rendering Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Rendering Designer to visualize and design a
modern church building with a capacity of up to 1000 attendees. The ideal candidate will have
expertise in 3D rendering software and a keen eye for detail to create photorealistic images of
interior and exterior spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to understand the design requirements and objectives for the
new modern church building.
- Create detailed 3D models and renderings of the church's interior spaces, including the
sanctuary, offices, bathrooms, children's church, kitchen, counseling room, fire room, deliverance
room, and prayer room.
- Design the interior arrangement, ensuring optimal seating capacity and flow for congregational
gatherings and events.
- Incorporate modern elements and features into the design, including wooden chairs, podium,
and back screen stage, to reflect the contemporary style of the church.
- Ensure the design meets all necessary building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to refine and finalize the
design concepts.
- Provide regular updates and revisions based on feedback and input from the project team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
- Proven experience in architectural rendering and visualization, with a strong portfolio
showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software like SketchUp, Revit, or AutoCAD.
- Excellent understanding of architectural principles, space planning, and interior design
concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and realistic renderings.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on religious or worship space projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.
- Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies for immersive
architectural visualization.
