1 How do you learn An: I like to listen to what the pronunciation
speaking of the actors and actress in the movie,
independently? especially those who are using British accent,
I really love to listen them talk in that accent
that makes me want to speak like them.
Therefore I usually imitate what they say in
my daily speaking practice

Al: I have a very big motivation in speaking


English, therefore I force myself to learn a lot
of things so that I could speak Englsih well, in
order that I can show it to my parents, because
they want me to be able to speak fluently
therefore they get me in this course, besides it
is also a program from my boarding school

fluently, therefore, I try to learn a lot from my
teacher and also from the movie that I watch

to speak English as soon as possible and I
have I am sure that I can do it

speaking, for example after Subuh prayer, so
that I can be more focus in practicing my

own goals for my speaking, so that I can know

teacher to evaluate my understanding and so
on

saying the similar word to it, for example when I
am going to memorize the word “ Awesome” I
will remember it by saying “asem” in Bahasa, so
that I can remember that word.

me if I was having mistaken that time

the lesson after the class is very help, but
sometimes when I did not take the note I would
ask to my friend who were having a complete
notes through the class.

been given to us in the class, where it can help
me to evaluate my learning, because brushing up
the lesson outside the class is much more help
me to increase my speaking where I can practice
what learn directly

Na: I like to learn before coming to the class,


and sometimes organize my learning so that I
can be better in speaking, because it is
important to know our achievement

Yu: I really love to work in pair or even in


group because I can give my opinion to my
friend and they also can share what they have
in order that we can learn better from one
another, for example when I don understand
something, they can explain me and I also I
can share what I have to help them, so i think
it id good to have a team work and I also used
to practice my speaking with my friend so that
they can correct me if I was having mistaken
that time

Ad: I usually brush up the lesson that has been


given to us in the class, where it can help me
to evaluate my learning
Au: I used to take some notes when I was
explained by the teacher outside and even
inside the class, because I think I don’t
remember all the things spoken by my teacher,
therefore I need to make some notes, in order
that I can learn more outside the class
specially the materials that can help my
speaking

Ai: When the teacher teach us in the class, I


sometime write what I need to learn, because
I think it is really important to take some notes
while the teacher is explaining, so we will not
miss any point and we can see the notes we
wrote wherever we need.

Ol: It is very important to brush up the lesson


outside the class, so that I usually did so, and
sometimes I also set goals for learning,
especially for practicing my speaking, because
having a clear goal would help me to manage
my learning better

Ri: I don’t really like writing something, but I


learn English, especially speaking that I like, I
always take notes to make sure that I can have
something to read after the class, because I
think it is really important.

intonation they use in order that I can follow

alone because I will be so much confused
when I learn alone
