    SAHAARA CHARITABLE SOCIETY ANNUAL ACCOUNTS & STATUTORY AUDIT REPORT FINANCIAL YEAR 2017-18 UDESHI SHUKLA & ASSOCIATES: CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS. aH UDESHI SHUKLA & ASSOCIATES. ‘Chartered Accountants Auditors Report Sahaara Charitable Society For the year ended 31° March 2018 ‘Annexure to port uner section 23(2) and ele 19 of The Maharastra Public Tests Ack 1950) We have audited the attached Balance Sheet of Sahara Charitable Society [the Trust] as at 31 March 2018, and the Income and Expenditure Accounts of the Trust for the year ended on that date, annexed hereto, and have to report thereon as follows: - 1, These financial statements are the responsibility of the Trust's Management. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on this financial statement based on our aut. 2. We have conducted our audit in accordance with the auditing standards generally accepted in Indie. These standards require that ‘we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about ‘whether the financial sttements are free of material misstatement. ‘An audit includes examining on a test check basis, the evidence supporting the amount and disclosures in the financial statements. ‘An audit also incledes assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by the management, a5 wel as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation. We believe that our ‘audit provides a reasonable basis for our opinion, 3. Further to our comments in the report attached in the prescribed form under the relevant section and rules of the Maharashtra Public Trusts ‘Act and subject to the Notes forming part of the Accounts (Schedule G to the Balance sheet and the Income and Expenditure Accounts ) we report as under: 3.1 We have obtained all the information and explanation which to the best of cur knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of our audit: 3.21n our opinios, proper books of accounts as required by the law hhave been kept by the trust so far as appears from our ‘examination of those books: ARUSCSI201801 es PSV Rl Sea enmpomaeacamn © 91726 besa sHURLA« ASSOOATES 3.3°The Balance sheet and the Income and Expenditure Accounts dealt with by this report are in agreement with the Books of ‘Accounts: 3.4'The Balance sheet and Income and Expenditure dealt with by this report comply with the accounting standards to the extent applicable, 4 Subject to the matter referred to in paragraph 2 & 3 above, in our ‘pinion and to the best of our information and according to the ‘explanation given to us, the said accounts, read together with the significant Accounting policies and Notes to Accounts in Schedule G and other notes and remarks appearing elsewhere in the accounts and remarks attached herewith give the information required by the ‘Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 in the manner so required and tive a true and fair view in conformity with the accounting principles generally accepted in Indi.:- 4.1In case of the Balance Sheet ofthe Assets and Liabilities arising from the cash transaction of the Trust as on 31* March 2018, And 4.2in case ofthe Income and Expenditure Account, of the Deficit for the year ended on 31" March 2018.
