3. Drop Otrivin Paed (Nasal) Xylometazoline Hydrochloride(0.05% w /v): 2 drops - 8 hourly (O--O--O) X SoS
4. Suspension Calpol (250 mg) Paracetamol(250 mg): 5.5 ml - 6 hourly (O--O--O--O) X SoS
5. Inhaler Levolin Inhaler (50 mcg) Levosalbutamol (50 MCG): 2 puff - 4 hourly (O--O--O--O--O--O) - Via

6. Syrup Azithral XL (200 mg) Azithromycin (200 mg): 4.5 ml - Once a day X 5 Days
