A document that is used to consolidate or summarize the information that was used to define the
programme

Hints and tips


A programme may choose to have a single document
that includes all the information developed during
definition. This provides a single point of reference but
may prove difficult to maintain under change control
because of its size and complexity. Smaller
programmes are more likely to find a single document
more appropriate
