PAULIN RESEARCH GROUP SOFTWARE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The only terms and conditions that apply to this purchase are as stated in the Paulin Research Group Software License Agreement which may
be accessed on our website at paulin.com/eula. By accepting and processing this Order, and by the Customer end user(s) installing or
continuing to use the software, Customer explicitly agrees to this condition, regardless of past documents provided to PRG, unless PRG and
Customer have previously entered into a contract or Master Agreement which defines all terms and conditions which apply, in which case those
past contracts or agreements shall remain in effect.

All orders are final. Subscriptions are non-cancel-able before their End Date. PRG does not offer refunds. Overpayment and duplicate
payments will be provided as credit to the customer.

Amounts shown above may not include local, state, federal, foreign tax, or levies that are the responsibility of Customer. If PRG has the legal
obligation to pay or collect taxes for which Customer is responsible, the appropriate amount shall be invoiced to and paid by the Customer,
unless Customer provides PRG with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority.
