ENGLISH:
On a sunny day without the stormy breeze of bad weather, clouds passed by the vast
lands, eventually encompassing the beautiful school of Doña Montserrat Lopez Memorial
High School. The trees swayed as the whistling winds passed through the vibrant leaves, and
on the same approaching day, after the sun rose from the sky and before it set, a magnificent
event occurred, inviting the notice of students who are interested in sports and various kinds
of activities. The Division Meet is a phenomenon that gathers various students from various
schools to show off their talents and abilities to one another.

Whether it was the shooting or passing of balls as they shot through the skies, landing
inside a hoop, or kicking through a vast field while encountering opponents trying to steal
your ball and maybe even tossing them to the air only to get smacked back to the ground, the
event was filled with wonders, performances, and activities from people across many schools.
It was a fun and enthusiastic time for students as well as athletes, filling them with the
wonders of their talents and capabilities as well as showing off their determination to win.

At the end of that day, many wailed deep within their hearts at their loss, and some
celebrated their ultimate victory, but one thing they had in common was that they all had fun
and enjoyed that lively day.

Sa isang magandang na araw na walang bagyong simoy ng masamang panahon,


dumaan ang mga ulap sa malawak na lupain, na kalaunan ay sumasaklaw sa magandang
paaralan ng Doña Montserrat Lopez Memorial High School. Umindayog ang mga puno
habang dumadaan ang sumisipol na hangin sa mga makukulay na dahon, at sa nalalapit ding
araw, pagkatapos ng pagsikat ng araw mula sa langit at bago ito lumubog, isang kahanga-

HRF: Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Body Composition

Muscular Strength helps improve a gymnast’s balance and stability.

Muscular endurance will allow the gymnast’s to perform while maintaining his/her speed and
performance.

Flexibility will enable the gymnast’s to perform complex flips, leaps, and twists.

Body Composition allows the gymnast to propel themselves through the air while performing
on the asymmetrical bars.

Swimming:

HRF: Flexibility, Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Body Composition,


Muscular Endurance

Flexibility allows the swimmer to perform a wide range of motions.

Cardiovascular Endurance enables the swimmer to maintain their stamina and help them last
during a long-distance race.

Muscular Strength enables the swimmer’s muscles to exert or apply more force to the water.

Body Composition allows swimmers with lean mass improve their swimming performance.

Muscular endurance helps the swimmer swim for a long period of time without undue
fatigue.

Weightlifting:

HRF: Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Body Composition

Muscular strength helps the weightlifter determine how much force he should exert on lifting
the weight.

Muscular Endurance enables the weightlifter to last until the buzzer sounded.

Body Composition ensures that the weightlifter’s weight can improve his performance.
Yoga:

HRF: Flexibility, Body Composition, Muscular Endurance

Flexibility allows the yogi to perform a challenging position without much difficulty.

Body Composition enables the yogi with a healthy body improve their performance.

Muscular Endurance helps yogi hold a challenging pose over a long period of time without
undue fatigue.
