ACTIVATED CARBON (POWDER)

This type of Activated Carbon are manufacturing from PINE CHARCOAL only by Acid Washed process
through steam activation. PINE CHARCOAL based materials are soft, have a high degree of porosity,
high purity and therefore give better result compare to other Carbon.

WASHED ACTIVATED CARBON contains less Iron, Ash, Acid & Water Soluble Matter. It passes
through I.P.,B.P. & U.S.P. parameters. So, it is quite suitable for Bulk Drug Industries and similar to
others.

UNWASHED ACTIVATED CARBON contains high Iron, Ash, Acid & Water Soluble Matter compare with
Washed Activated Carbon. So it is quite suitable for Dyes & Intermediates Industries.

Rice husk, Coal, Wood, Lignite and Coconut Shell. OUR GRANULAR ACTIVATED CARBON IS
MANUFACTURED FROM COCONUT SHELL ONLY. So, it is hard compared with other Carbon & has a
higher surface area. COCONUT SHELL based Granular Activated Carbon gives more adsorption
capacity due to its microporus structure and superior hardness.
