concentrate of just 2g. Stir Hair'Pop in 20mL of boiling water and watch the
mix thicken to produce a luxurious cream. Montanov™ 82 is the star of the
show, it is a self-emulsifying base which allows the concept to emulsify with
low energy input. Amaze™ XT & Structure® XL immediately provide body and
structure to the cream while helping to stabilize the emulsion. The
combination of active ingredients, Schutzencol-NH2 and JD Jojoba Hair
Complex, gives the hair fibre a conditioning effect and protection against

OVERVIEW
The texture of this intense blue night balm is obtained thanks to the
combination of Structure® XL and both Montanov™ 68 MB and 202. The
effective nourishment of the skin is brought by JD Jojoba Butter V and SAFIC’
Care E CE MB combined to Neossance™ Squalane. The powders Harmonie™
Luxe 4 Powder and ImerCare® Matte give a non greasy, silky and matte after-
feel, while the blend of actives features skin deep moisturization, reduction
of sagging and wrinkles, and increase of the skin softness.

PROCESS PROPERTIES
PHASE A : Heat up to 80°C under stirring. APPEARANCE : Thick blue
PHASE B : Pre-mix then add it to phase A and stir for 15 minutes until cream.

PHASE C : Heat up to 80°C under stirring until homogeneous then add it to VISCOSITY : N/C.
phase AB under strong stirring and homogenize for 10 minutes.
Stop heating and let cool down slowly to 40°C. pH : 5,5 – 6,5.
PHASE D : Add one by one to the formula and homogenize.
Let cool down to room temperature.
Complement with water, homogenize, then adjust pH to 5,5-6,5.
