BlackcatUSB Flash Memory Programmer
This device is a cost-eIIective way to read or program thousands Ilash
memory devices. This device can program all CFI compatible Ilash devices
over JTAG and can also program SPI high-density serial Ilash devices.
Hardware support can be added using a easy to use device script Ieature.
Solderless SPI sockets are available here Ior SOIC-16, SOIC-8 and DIP-8.
Update November 3:
A new soItware version is available. Build 280 BETA includes a new Ieature, NAND over SPI. Using
this Ieature, you can read and write to high-density NAND Ilash memory devices (such as
HY27US08281A HY27US16281A) using a SPI or a modiIied JTAG bus.
Update Nov 6: a new update is available it increases speed by about 10 times. Download Build 281.
Update Nov 7: Updated the Iirmware to support older 16K versions.
