Standards

Gate Valve
Gate valves (also known as knife valves or slide valves) are linear
motion valves in which a flat closure element slides into the flow
stream to provide shut-off. They are one of the most common
valves used.
Gate valves are primarily designed for on-off services. They are
best used in systems which require infrequent use of the valve.
Gate valves are used in many industrial applications including the
oil and gas industry, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive,
and marine.

Glove valve

Glove valve used for regulating flow in a pipeline, consisting of a

movable disk-type element and a stationary ring seat in a
generally spherical body.
Globe valves can be used in systems that require frequent stroking,
vacuum, and systems that have a wide range of temperature
extremes.

Needle valve

Needle valves are designed for high pressure and temperature gas
and liquid applications. Available in multiple tubing sizes with Vee
or Regulating Stem and optional materials. These valves are used
in markets such as water jet, water blast, chemical and oil and gas.
Valves used to control flow by shut off, regulation, and diversion in
all high pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
 Pinch Valve

Pinch valves are ideal solutions where shut-off and control

applications involve abrasive or corrosive slurries, powders or
coarse substances.
Pinch valves can be used for liquid, solid and slurry applications.
The valve can effectively control the flow of both abrasives and
corrosives, as there is no contact between metal parts and the
transport media. Pinch valves have a liner which keeps all moving
parts outside of the flow stream so large particulates can be
trapped in the seal area of the valve without breaking the seal. Due
to the isolation of the valve parts from the media these valves can
also be used in applications where corrosion or metal
contamination of the fluid, slurries, sand-entrained water systems,
sewage treatment, and process food might be a problem.

Fixe Cone Valve

Fixed-Cone Valves are used to pass a controlled amount of water

downstream with no damage to the immediate surroundings. These
valves are ideally suited for power projects, flood control structures,
irrigation facilities, and for continuous discharge flow control. Fixed-
cone valves are also an effective method of aeration.
The operation of the fixed-cone can be manual activation, motor
operation using electrical activation, and hydraulic operation by
means of two hydraulic double effect cylinders.

Ball valve
Ball valves are flow valves that are quarter-turn and straight
through apparatuses. These valves allow for shut-off and/or
purposes of control
Ball valves are very easy to use and can both maintain and
regulate three things-high pressure, high volume and high flow of
temperature.
Ball valves serving a wide spectrum of applications in the oil and
gas, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and allied process
industries.
Butterfly valve

Butterfly Valves are economical in design and light in weight. This

type of valve is typically used for isolating or regulating flow in low
pressure industrial fluids, steam lines and water systems, e.g. oil,
ethanol, water etc.
Butterfly valve can be fully automated or manually operated.

Plug valve
plug valves are quarter-turn valves designed for a wide range
of drilling, production and pressure pumping applications.
plug valves are reliable flow isolation tools used in high pressure
flow line applications.
The plug can be cylindrical or tapered and has a variety of port
types. Plug valves are available in either a lubricated or non-
lubricated design. Plug valve ends can be flanged, hub type or butt
weld.
