The purpose of this job is to provide ongoing operational support to internal and external parties. Responsibility
includes assisting in analyzing and evaluating Benefits data files, review data to identify issues and discrepancies and
provides resolution of errors.

We will count on you to:

 Provide technical advice/solutions to the business teams

 Thorough analysis of support tickets with to the point solutions.
 Coordinate & help business teams during critical process during Open Enrolment periods.
 Perform standard checks and verify output.
 Responsible for driving initiatives and ensuring results with a confined focus on timelines and quality
 Drive employee measurement factors like KRAs, mentoring and Project SLAs

What you need to have?

 Minimum 3 years of Experience
 DOT NET, MVC, ASP.NET, C#
 SQL Server
 Team Foundation Server
 HTML, CSS, JAVAScript
 Ticketing tool like SNOW, CA Service Desk
 Basic knowledge around Kubernets /Docker containers and Mean stack technologies
 Excellent inter personal and communication skills
 Excellent analytical and effective communication skills
