COURSE OUTLINE

Objective of the Course:

Administrative law, generally laws relating to administration, is the one the latest development
of 20th century and most important as well as independent branch of public laws through which
States are being governed by law. It determines powers and duties of administrative authorities
including judicial review of administrative actions. In india administrative law is mainly
developed by judges through interpretation of various doctrines to determine the contours of
constitutional law and administrative law. Some basic issues of constitutionalism like rule of
law, separation of power, res judicata have been vividly analysed in Administrative law.
