Online Shopping Platform

Imagine you are the quality assurance manager for an online shopping platform. Your platform allows users to
browse and purchase a wide range of products conveniently from their homes.

Questions

Now you are required to answer these questions:

1- Suppose users are unable to add items to their shopping cart intermittently. How would you investigate
and address this functionality issue?
2- Suppose the platform experiences frequent downtime during peak shopping hours. What steps would
you take to improve the reliability of the platform?
3- Suppose users find the checkout process confusing and encounter difficulty in completing purchases.
How would you enhance the usability of the checkout process?
