Functionalities:

Admin Panel Functions:

1. Customer Management:
- Register, Update, View, Remove customers; Manage loyalty points/membership levels.
2. Product Management:
- Add, Update, Remove, View products; Categorize products.
3. Inventory Management:
- Track stock levels; Receive new stock; Update after sales; Notify low stock; Handle
expiration dates.
4. Sales Management:
- Process transactions; Generate invoices; Calculate discounts; Track sales; Calculate revenue.
5. Order Management:
- Place orders with suppliers; Track order status; Verify incoming orders; Handle
returns/damaged goods.

Customer Panel Functions:

1. Customer Authentication:
- Login using customer ID and password.
2. Product Browsing:
- View, Search, View details of products.
3. Shopping Cart:
- Add, Remove, Update quantity of products; View total price.
4. Checkout Process:
- Proceed, Enter shipping, Confirm, Make payment, Generate receipt.
5. Order History:
- View past orders, Re-order items.
6. Account Management:
- View/update personal info, Change password, View loyalty points/level.
7. Feedback and Donation:
- Provide feedback/ratings, Donations.
