Job Profile Talent Acquisition Specialist (alias hiring specialist alias Recruiter)
b. We search Manpower (the suitable candidates) for our clients from our
own internal database, references and different Job Portals ( Like
Naukri.com, Shine.com, Linkedin.com etc.
c. After Search through different sources and Analysis + Scanning over calls;
we send Suitable candidates for interview with client and follow the
processes till candidate joins Client office.

Earning Potential
No upper capping / limit on incentives, you can earn as much as you can
Earning potential for a fresher even is 5 Lacs -10 Lacs a year i.e. average
40,000 a month to around 1 lac per month (includes salary + performance based
incentives)
Apart from salary and monthly incentives - You are also eligible for Annual
Bonus of 2 3 Lacs also based on annual performance.
