hostel charges whereas student B, who takes food for 26 days, pays Rs1180 as hostel charges.
Find the fixed charges and the cost of food per day.

35 A box contains cards bearing numbers from 6 to 70. If one card is drawn at random from the 5

A number x is selected at random from the numbers 1, 4, 9, 16 and another number y is selected
at random from the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4. Find the probability that the value of
