No. _313, s. 2024 ogee Ss x4 ONLINE ORIENTATION TRAINING AND ONSITE CAPABILITY TRAINING OF ROOM EXAMINERS AND ROVING ITs FOR THE CONDUCT OF FISCAL YEAR 2023 NATIONAL QUALIFYING EXAMINATION FOR SCHOOL HEADS (NQESH) To : Assistant Regional Director Schools Division Superintendents Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads All Others Concerned a This is relative to the issuance of Bureau of Human Resource and Organization Development (BHROD) DM-OUHROD-2023-1831 titled, Administration of the Fiscal Year 2023 National Qualifying Examination for School Heads, DepEd Regional Office Il announces the conduct of Online Orientation/Training on May 3, 2024, 8:00 AM via MS Teams and the Onsite Capability Training for additional room examiners and roving ITs for the FY 2023 NQESH at NEAP, Pulungbulu, Angeles City on May 6-9, 2024. 2. _ The activity aims to orient and capacitate the testing personnel who will administer the Mock examination on May 5 & 19 and examination on May 26, 2024. 3. Participants are the additional Room Examiners from all SDOs and Roving ITs {to be selected by the identified division testing sites) which include Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Olongapo City, City of San Fernando, and Tarlac Province. 4. The room examiners shall meet the following qualifications: a. An incumbent Principal, Senior Education Program Specialist (SEPS), Education Program Supervisor (EPS), Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS), or Chief; . Not retiring in the next (2) years; c. Not eligible to take the NQESH; d. Have established /proven competence and integrity, and; e. Not related to any test takers in the assigned room up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity and should sign a disclosure statement for this purpose; £. NOT affiliated with any review centers/groups in whatever form of capacity. 5. To facilitate the conduct of Mock Examinations on May 5 & May 19 all testing personnel (Chief Examiner, Lead IT, Roving ITs, RO & SDO Monitors, and other stafl) are required to attend the briefing on May 4 and May 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the assigned testing site.
