SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION
SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION
1. The charges for Work are as set out in Part A of this Exhibit and the payment of the amount
shall be made in accordance with Part B of this Exhibit and other terms and conditions
conditioned in this Price Agreement Contract.
2. As otherwise provided herein or within the Contract, the rates mentioned in this Exhibit shall
remain fixed and firm and shall not be subject to revision or escalation during the duration of
the Contract for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to currency fluctuation, labor
price revisions, materials price revisions, consumable price revisions, quantity revisions or
changes in applicable and payable of all types of taxes, duties by Contractor in South Sudan.
3. The rates specified in the tables below shall be deemed as inclusive of Contractor’s all
overheads, expenditure and profit.
4. In accordance with Laws of South Sudan (Taxation Amendment Act, 2012) to the work set
forth in this Exhibit C- Schedule of Compensation shall be subjected to withholding tax as in
such Act or any amendment accordingly stipulated thereto.
5. Any extra cost incurred by the Contractor (and not incorporated in this Exhibit) for the
execution of the Work shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor

NOTE:
All payment shall be made after delivery of quantities as requested by GPOC at the required
locations. Payments shall be made within (30) days of receipt of Contractor’s clear and undisputed
invoices by GPOC, supported by all necessary documents.
