The goal of this research is to examine the actual environmental aspects of plastic bag consumption and
use, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the NO plastic bag regulation in Zamboanga City.

The interview schedule includes 14 questions about the use of plastic bags and the effectiveness of the
NO plastic on Saturday policy, which can be completed in 10 to 15 minutes at most.

Should you agree to participate in this study, you will be interviewed. Rest assured that your participation
shall not incur any cost, and your responses will be kept confidential and will be used for study purposes only.
Your personal details inclusive of this instrument will be strictly confidential. Any physical files/data collected
for the study will be stored in the researcher's file. The data will be destroyed a year after the analysis is completed.
Aside from the possible discomfort and effort caused by the conduct of the study, the researcher does not foresee
any risk that you may experience as a participant. Honesty in your responses will be most valuable to the study.
