Stand down with your feet close to the interior and your knees facing lateral to

the exterior. Place your hand on your knees and release the elbows on your thighs.
Press easily with your elbows on your thighs. Then rest. Press again. You should
feel a nice stretch in your hips. Stay with your feet wide and keep your hands
close to your body. Raise your right hand and dip to the left side. Come back to
your intial pose. Then raise your left hand and dip to the right side of the body.
Repeat 5 times. Easily bend forward your body. Touch your kness, then your calves,
then your ankles and if you can, touch your toes.
