SYNTHETIC-BASE COMPOUND FOR MONTABERT HYDRAULIC BREAKERS
B r eaker Lu b -F has been specifically developed for top-performance lubrication of Mon tab e rt demolition
breakers.
It is a tacky lubricating compound, based on special synthetic base-oils, with an organic complex thickener and
high molecular weight synthetic polymers. Solid lubricants are present, to provide exceptional anti-seizing and
extreme pressure (EP) properties.
PROPERTIES and PERFORMANCE
The high frequency operation, combined with shock-loads and high temperature, generates severe stress on
mechanical parts. The specific additive package of B r e ake r Lu b - F provides great resistance to high loads and
temperature, long term stability and full protection from thermal decomposition, deposit formation, oil
separation, rust and corrosion.
B r eaker Lu b -F exhibits outstanding metal affinity and lubricity. The very fine particle size of solid lubricants is
tuned to match the high surface finish and close tolerances of Mon t ab ert engineered parts; this greatly
improves the lubrication efficiency, prevents metal-to-metal contact, scuffing and seizure, in the most adverse
conditions, as well as in boundary and “dry” lubrication regimes.
B r eaker Lu b -F exclusive texture and consistency have been developed to fully exploit the high technology of
the Mon t ab e rt -designed breaker’s lubrication system and to fit the Mon tab er t on-board Greasing Stations.
B r eaker Lu b -F allows prompt lubrication at start-up in cold climates, as well as full protection in hot
environment. Continuous and uniform flow is ensured also if the unit is operating in a non-vertical position,
preventing temporary lubricant starvation and ensuring the formation of a strong barrier against the entry of
abrasive or aggressive polluting elements.
Easy manual pumpability is assured at low temperature.
The highly efficient lubrication and protection offered by B r eaker Lu b -F allow longer re-lubrication intervals
and reduction of lubricant consumption, compared with traditional “hammer greases”.
The exclusive physical properties of B r eak er Lu b - F also reduce thermal stress thanks to its improved heat
transfer capacity.
B r eaker Lu b -F is the recommended solution for breakers operating in extreme conditions or in long working
shifts, in presence of water sprays or in total immersion.

COMPATIBILITY
B r eaker Lu b -F is fully compatible with O-rings, seals, paints and plastic materials normally used in earth-
moving and construction machinery.
