AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, Sean Philip R. Oliva of legal age, single, Filipino and residing at

Lot 46, Block 63, Phase II-A, Metro Manila Hills Communities, Rodriguez,
Rizal, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and state:

1. That I am the liaison officer of Atty. Fatima Faye E. Cordova, counsel for
respondents, in the soon to be filed COMMENT entitled “SPOUSES
DOROTHY G. OJEDA AND EDELMAR NESTOR OJEDA v.
NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION, HON. LABOR
ARBITER REYNANTE L. SAN GASPAR, and GILBERT M.
BRUTAS.”

2. That I filed copies of the pleading before the Court of Appeals on 16

February 2024 by registered mail because the distance and time constraints
hindered me from personally filing the same.

3. That I served copies of the pleading on 16 February 2024 by registered

mail to the following party/ies at his/her/their respective address/es:
