One of my clients asked me” sir, one marriage proposal came to me for my first child. Is it going
to be fruitful or not...?’’ I asked immediately the horary number between 1 to 249. He gave
me the number 7 (out of 249).

DOB:- 08.07.023(Saturday), TOJ:- 06.37.00pm, POJ:- Kurnool

GENERAL KP RULE:
If the sub lord of the 3rd cusp be the significator of 3-7-9, the native undergoes

My friend informed me with a happy tone, that he reached his destination at 2:37 PM.

One of my clients asked me,” sir I want to sell the land from 3 years, but every time it will fail
at final negotiations. Please suggest me when will it happens? I asked immediately erected the
time chart and details given below:-

DOJ:- 24.01.2023, TOJ:- 10.28.22 pm, POJ:- Kurnool

General KP Rule:
If the cuspal sub lord of the 10th HOUSE (land/ building of opponent) be the significator (in
the star of the occupant or owner) of 3 (absence of land/ building 12 th from 4th), 5 (success/
fulfilment of desire of opponent 4th from7th), one will be able to sell the house/land/building
during the joint period of the significators of 3, 5 and 10.

Let us check the Moon for the querent’s mind status. Moon (11-5) is in the star and sub of
Jupiter (12-9,10). So, the Moon signifies 5(success/ fulfilment of desire of opponent 4 th
from7th)-9-10(Land of opponent)-11-12. Thus, the desire of the querent was genuine.

First, we analysis the 10th CSL Ketu (7) is in the star of Rahu (1) and in the sub of its own. Ketu
have no planets in its stars and CSL of 4-6-10. Ketu is situated in Libra sign and acts as a Venus
(11-2,7). Rahu is posited in Aries sign and represents Mars (2-1,8). Mars aspects of 8th to
Mercury (9-3,4) is visible in this horary chart. Mercury has no planets in its stars and CSL of 3.
So, 10th CSL Ketu signifying 1-2-3-4-6-8-10-11. Thus, Ketu promising the event of land selling
with the difficulty of 6-8 houses.

19.09.2024, Jupiter appeared twice in RP’s. OK

Next, Antra lord Saturn is running from 14.11.2022 to 17.03.2023, but Saturn is in the star of
Mars signifying-8 and Saturn is the significator of 8 and CSL of 8, I omitted this Antra for fruitful
results.

Next, Antra lord Mercury is running from 17.03.2023 to 06.07.2023. In this chart, Moon is
posited in the sign of Saturn and conjoined with Saturn turns into Punarpoo Dosha. I omitted
this Antra. Mercury also occupies 9th house which is negation to 10th.

Very Important Note:

Whenever Saturn has got any connection what -so-ever with Moon, there will be some
obstacle or impediment, not only during negotiation but also at the time of fixation
and even at the time of celebration of the marriage. This connection between Moon
and Saturn causes delay, though ultimately both of them do much more good with a
better partner. This is called as a PUNARPHOO-DOSHA.
