6. The final decision on my application is on competition basis and depends on the IsDB Executive
Committee decision.

IsDB Group or not be a close relative of the aforementioned by blood or adoption with the term "close
relative" defined as Mother, Father, Sister, Half-sister, Brother, Half-brother, Son, Daughter, Aunt,
