I have been training powerlifitng since 2.5 years.

My current maxes are around


200kg squat, 130 kg bench and 240 kg Deadlift. Hoping to push them a bit more in
next blocks.

progress and peak at specific times. Conjugation in powerlifting involves combining
different training modalities, such as strength training, power training, and speed
work, to enhance overall performance.
