The Philadelphia Sheriff's Office is currently in possession of excess proceeds from the sale of
722 WEST ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD According to public records, you were the owner of the
property at the time of sale. As the prior owner, you may be entitled to some or all of these excess
proceeds.

Pursuant to state law, these excess proceeds are presumed to be abandoned and unclaimed
property. If we do not hear from you by March 4, 2024, it is our obligafion to send the money to
the Pennsylvania Treasury as required by Pennsylvania £tate Law. Pleage vigit our office at 100
South Broad Street 5th Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19110 or call us at 215-686-3§65 and
we will be happy to assist you with claiming these funds.

Claims for excess proceeds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please be advised, there is no
specific time frame for the completion of this process. However, you will be notified if/when your

After March 15, 2024, our office will no longer have access to the federal reserve notes and
you will have to contact the Pennsylvania Treasury Unclaimed Property Division at
1-800-222-2046 to file a claim or visit the Pennsylvania Treasury's website for more
information, Pennsylvania Treasury (patreasury.gov).
