Azdel's Routine

On weekdays, I wake up at 5:00 am to do my homework. Then, at 6:00 a.m., I take a shower,

brush my teeth and get dressed. After, at 6:30 a.m., I go to university or Senati, depending on
the day. At 7:00 a.m., start my university's classes or I start to work at Senati. Around 9:00
a.m., I have breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. Because I am a coffee lover!. If I don't have
classes at Senati, around 12:00 p.m. I finish my university's classes and I go back to my house.
At 12:30 p.m. I have lunch with my family then I take care of my daughter Sophia, untill 2:00
p.m. At 3:00 p.m. I prepare materials for my classes or I help with some administrative
activities at Senati. At 4:45 p.m., I teach the Logistics subject at Senati. In the evening, to be
exactly at 10:15 p.m., I leave work and return to my house. At 10:30 p.m. I have dinner with
my family. On fridays, I leave work early at 7:00 p.m. to play soccer with my Senati's friends.
Around 11:00 p.m., I take a shower and I brush my teeth and then I check my e-mails and
messages. After that, I concentrate on thesis writing because I love scientific research. Finally, I
go to bed around 1:00 a.m.

On the weekend, I wake up at 7:00 a.m., I take a shower, I brush my teeth and I get dressed.
Then, at 7:30 a.m., I have breakfast with my family. After that, I attend my Ph.D. classes in
educational sciences at 8:00 a.m.

On saturdays, I finish my clasess at 1:00 p.m., and I go back to home to have lunch with my
family. At 3:00 p.m., I resume my classes or I work on pending projects. At 6:00 p.m., I present
my doctoral work. On sundays, I almost always have lunch with my wife Siomara and my
daughter Sofia and relatives. This week was very special, because this Sunday was Mother's
Day. Usually, after family lunch I'm going shopping at the supermarket with my family.
Occasionally, we go to the cinema. Last week, we watched "Garfield". Around 9:30 p.m., after
dinner I brush my teeth. At 10:00 p.m. I do science work, tasks or homework. I usually go to
bed at midnight, unless there is work to be done.

Siomara's Routine

Siomara wakes up at 6:00 a.m., she takes a shower and brushes her teeth. Then, at 6:30 a.m.,
she makes breakfast for our daugther Sophia. At 7:00 a.m., she has breakfast, puts Sophia in
the crib and goes to work. She works as an English teacher at a primate school. At 12:00 p.m.,
she makes lunch for our family and she has lunch at 1:30 p.m. After that, around 2:30 p.m., she
prepares her class materials or she does her master's homework. At 6:00 p.m. she makes
Sophia's dinner and feeds her. She attends her master's classes at university. Finishing her
master's classes at 10:00 p.m. and goes back to home. She heats up dinner and she has dinner
with me around 10:15 p.m. After dinner she watches reruns of "At the back There's Room"
with me. At 11:00 p.m. she brushes her teeth and she goes to bed.

On weekends, Siomara wakes up at 6:30 a.m. and takes a shower, brushes her teeth and get
dressed. Around 7:00 a.m. she makes breakfast for the whole family. After that, she has
breakfast with me and our daugther Sophia at 7:30 a.m. Besides, at 8:00 a.m., she does her
master's homework. At 12:00 p.m., she makes lunch for the family, I help her sometimes.
Around 2:00 p.m., she has lunch with the family and occasionally with relatives. At 4:00 p.m.,
she takes English's classes on Saturdays afternoons, when she finishes her English's classes she
goes back to home. At 8:00 p.m. she has dinner with us. On Sundays she goes to the
supermarket or to the cinema with family. Around 8:30 p.m., she has dinner and finishes her
pending tasks. At 10:00 p.m., she takes a shower and brushes her teeth and goes to bed.
