Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Commerce) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2024 (No. 10)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Industry and Commerce,

in terms of section 4(1) of the Control of Goods (Import and Export)
(Commerce) Regulations, 1974, published in Rhodesia Government
Notice 766 of 1974, hereby makes the following notice:—
1. This notice shall be cited as the Control of Goods (Import
and Export) (Commerce) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 (No. 10).
2. The Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Commerce) Notice,
2021, published in Statutory Instrument 89 of 2021, is amended by
the deletion of section 3(1) and substitution of the following—
“3. (1) Second-hand vehicles aged ten (10) years and above
from the date of manufacture shall not be imported. Any second-
hand vehicle prohibited under this subsection shall be re-exported
by the owner of the said vehicle at his or her expense.”.
