Subject: Amount due of Mr.Kunal Singh, Advocate and his Partner

(hereinafter to be referred as “OUR CLIENT’s”) in respect of providing Legal

services for settling the account and releasing the properties of M/s Mittal

Ispat Ltd and Sharda Castings Ltd owned by Ram Parshotam Mittal

(hereinafter to be referred as “you the NOTICEE”) in coordination with

Asset Reconstruction (India) Ltd. (ARCIL).

Dear Sir,

I am concerned for OUR CLIENT’s, i.e., Mr. Kunal Singh and his Partner,

who has placed in our hand relevant documents and papers with

instructions to address you as under:

1. That YOU THE NOTICEE’S AUTHORISED

REPRESENTATIVE/RELATIVE ( “Hereinafter to be referred as AR”)

SUMAJ JAIN had approached OUR CLIENT’s in the month of March

2022 to engage their legal service to coordinate / communicate and

 assist in settling the dues of YOU THE NOTICEE’s companies named

as M/s Mittal Ispat Ltd. bearing Corporate Identification Number (CIN)

U27109DL1985PLC020067 and M/s Sharda Castings Ltd. bearing

Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U51503DL1987PLC027657,

properties situated at RS No. 46,Cuddalore Road, Bahour,

Puducherry- 607402 with Asset Reconstruction (India) Ltd. (ARCIL).

2. That before entering the One Time Settlement of dues of M/s Mittal

Ispat Ltd. and M/s Sharda Castings Ltd. with M/s Asset

Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd. in reference to the industrial

properties located in Puducherry and Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu you THE

NOTICEE solemnly affirm and declare in the payment letter dated

13.03.2022 that OUR CLIENT’s will be equally authorized to take their

combined fees amounting to 5 Percent (2.5% + 2.5%) out of the total

settlement.

3. That subsequent to OUR CLIENT’s rendering of legal service No

Objection Certificate dated 13.04.2023 was issued by Asset

Reconstruction (India) Ltd. (ARCIL) and the accounts and properties of

M/s Mittal Ispat Ltd. bearing Corporate Identification Number (CIN)

U27109DL1985PLC020067 and M/s Sharda Castings Ltd. bearing

Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U51503DL1987PLC027657

were settled and the industrial properties located in Puducherry and

Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu were released. Therefore, OUR CLIENT’s

services of facilitating with Asset Reconstruction (India) Ltd. (ARCIL)

on YOU THE NOTICEE’s behalf concluded.

4. That from 13.04.2023 it was YOU THE NOTICEES’s duty to release

OUR CLIENT’s services fee which was 5% of the total settlement

amount with the Asset Reconstruction (India) Ltd. (ARCIL) which will

amount to Rs.50-60 lakhs (approximately).

5. Despite OUR CLIENT’s multiple requests through telephonic

messages and personal messengers to release the outstanding

payment, YOU THE NOTICEE’s AR Mr.Sumaj Jain have

consistently delayed payment without providing any valid

reasons. To date, YOU THE NOTICEE have not paid any part of

the above mentioned amount to OUR CLIENT.

6. Therefore, through this notice, I firmly call upon you to pay

OUR CLIENT’s the above mentioned amount. The payment can

be made in cash, demand draft, or cheque, based on your

convenience, within a clear 15 days from the date of receipt of

this notice.

7. Failure to comply with this demand within the stipulated

timeframe will result in OUR CLIENT’s taking necessary legal

action, including filing a civil and criminal lawsuit for recovery

and other miscellaneous proceedings against YOU THE

NOTICEE in the competent court of law. Please be aware that

you shall be fully responsible for all costs and consequences

arising from such actions.

A copy of this notice has been duly preserved in my office for

record-keeping and future course of action.
