CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Prices quoted are valid for 7 days, based on current exchange rate to US Dollar, any variations in rate may be adjusted for
2. Our terms of trade are payment in full prior to collection/delivery. Delivery/Collection can only take place 48 hours after payment is received during normal working hours.
3. Prices are ex works Brits, excluding transport, installation and insurance
4. If transport is quoted, goods in transit insurance is excluded. Transport must be taken for all generators over 600kVA Prime.
5. All power ratings are quoted at max engine output for 1 hour in every 12 hours at sea level. Power derating will be applicable at altitude and for site specific conditions
6. Payments for generators, parts and services are non-refundable
7. The Company reserves the right to make changes in model, specifications, colour and accessories without prior notice
8. The warranty on the generator is earlier of 1 year / 1000 hours on defective parts only. (labour and travel are excluded).
9. All goods offered for sale are subject to The Company's Standard Terms & Conditions
10. A 30% deposit is payable to reserve stock, for 200kVA prime and above full payment is required once all components have been received.
