Dear sir/madam,
With due respect and humble gratitude, I, Ankit Aryal, (Nepali Passport no. 08308378) would
like to request you to kindly grant me a training visa for the period of 5 weeks.
The purpose of my stay in South Africa will be to attend induction training with Air-Tec Global
Maintenance Technical Training Centre. I intend to arrive South Africa on 22 nd June 2024 and
depart on 22nd July 2024.
I have attached all the required documents and supporting documents along with the visa
application form as required by the high commission, the list of which is attached with this
letter. All the documents submitted are true to my knowledge.
I would also like to bring to your attention that all the expenses for travel, training and
accommodation will be borne by Air-Tec Global. In addition, I have also managed sufficient
funds for my personal expenses for the entire duration of my stay in South Africa.
If granted with a visa, I will abide by all the rules and regulations stated by the South African
law. I will be departing South Africa after the completion of my training.
