CALL TO JOIN THE CLUB

Reference is made to your letter dated 22nd October 2021, on the above subject matter.

I and Sidaama Coffee Football Club entered into and signed a contract and the transfer was closed, I came to
Ethiopia at my club to start my official duty and main role of playing football, in a short period of time the club
requested me to come back to Uganda because of the type of Visa I had used to enter Ethiopia was not legal as
far as Ethiopia immigrations and Vital Agency was concerned to process my work permit.

As a club agreed to send me back to Uganda on 8th October 2021 to process a PE Visa so that I may come back
as soon as possible.

To apply for PE Visa the club knows very well that there are a number of requirements needed to process this
visa which I believe they had done this before and these include the following;
1. Recent passport size photo of the applicant
2. Passport of the visa applicant
3. Official application letter written by the inviting organization and addressed to the immigration,
nationality and vital events agency of Ethiopia
4. Business license of the inviting company
5. Taxpayer identification number (TIN) certificate of the inviting company
6. And contractual agreement between the inviting company and the visa applicant

The club failed to send me a clear invitation letter which was not clear or readable enough for this application
and it was rejected; also Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate was also not provided to me to
accomplish my application till to date and requires 3 working days to process the PE visa.

The purpose of this letter is therefore to inform you that:

1. Am very much willing to play for the club I signed for if the PE visa and Air Ticket are ready
2. As professionals I expected both of us to support each other to fasten the PE visa processing which
has not been done from your side after trying to apply 3 times.
3. If the club is not ready to use my services am kindly requesting for my release letter urgently to avoid
wasting time since am a Uganda national team player who needs to compete effectively towards
World Cup Qualifiers 2022 Qatar

I will be very grateful if my information and requests above are put under your considerations in this regard.
