Contract for Services

Here in after referred to as "the Client"

Scope and Manner of Services:

• Collection and preparation of documents necessary to obtain six months single entry visa for
three persons
• Sponsor a client on a six months single entry visa

Payment for Services Rendered:

• The Client shall pay the Provider IDR 12,000,000.00 (already included E-Visa, Sponsorship,
and statement of letter) plus IDR 4,500,000,00 (Embassy and service fees) within 7 business
days after signing this contract.
• The E-Visa will be proceeding one day after the payment.

Please note the following:

o The Authorities may request additional documents and requirements during this process.
o This contract is valid for and must be signed within 15 days of the date listed on this
contract.
o Unanticipated changes in government or closure for holidays & error system may
also increase the procedures of processing time
o Make sure to send us the good quality picture of your passport full Id page together with
the sign of contract in order for the better process further.

Payment for Services Rendered cont.:

• Should the Client fail to pay the Provider the full amount specified in any invoice within 7
calendar days of the Invoice date, a late fee equal to 1/10 of installment value shall be added to
the amount due and interest of 5 percent per annum shall accrue from the calendar day
following the invoice date.
• The timeline for E-Visa is around 10 working days (Excluded error system, Government
public holiday & other problems), however if the Provider is unable to deliver the E-Visa
necessary, 75% will be returned to the Client within 14 working days the remains 25% is used to
pay for the immigration processes.
• If the client cancels the visa process before the visa approval date based on this contract, the
provider will not return the money back
• If the client uses another agent without the knowledge of the provider and if he already gets the
visa from that agent before the approval date based on this contract, the provider will not return
the money back.

Applicable Law:

• This contract shall be governed by the laws of the Province Bali in the Country of Indonesia and
any applicable National law.

Statement of Intention while in Indonesia:

1. The Client declares that they will not engage in any political, propaganda, or intelligence seeking
activities while using this visa.
2. The Client declares that they will not be involved in drug trafficking or drug use while using this
visa.
3. The Client declares that they will not be involved in any other criminal activities while using this
visa.
4. The Client declares that they will not work for an Indonesian company or individual while using
this visa.
5. The Client declares that they will not receive income or direct payment of any kind in the country
of Indonesia.
