AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING DRIVERS OF PASSENGER VEmCLES TO WEAR IDENTIFICATION CARDS (ID) WIDLE DRIVING WITmN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF TALIBON, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Talibon, Bohol, in its session duly assembled that; Section 1 - It is hereby required to all drivers of passenger vehicles to we*r identification cards visible by the passengers while driving within the territorial jurisdiction of Talibon, Bohol.

Section 2 - Definition of Terms: Passenger vehicles means any kind of vehicles whether motorized or not as long as it is used as public conveyances such as: a. PUB -Public Utility Bus e. Taxicab
b. PUJ -Public Utility Jeep f. Pedicab

c. Multi-Cab d. V-hire -Van for Hire

g. Tricycle h. Habal-habal (Motor for Hire)

Section 3 - How to secure ID Card. Steps to follow: I st Secure Barangay Clearance from the barangay where he resides to support his Police Clearance. 2nd Secure Police Clearance from PNP Office- Talibon. 3rd Submit Xerox copy of drivers license. 4th Submit your application for ID issuance at the office of the Mayor in (2x2) 5x7. Section 4 - Penalty Clause-Driving manner. 1st Offense 2nd Offense 3rd Offense 4th Offense -Waming -Fines ofP20.00 -Fines ofPSO.OO -Cancellation of franchise without ID Card shall be penalized in the following

Section 5 - Exemption - Drivers of PUB and V -hire who already have their ID Cards issued from their company or association shall report to the PNP Traffic for confirmation and proper recording. Section 6 - Separarability Clause - Should any provision of this ordinance be declared as unconstitutional, the same shall not effect the validity or the legality of the other provisions. (over)
