4 Troubleshooting

The connection to the SR-5000/2000 fails even when its

IP address is entered in the URL field of the web browser.
Use the following information as a reference and implement countermeasures.
• Check that the IP address of the SR-5000/2000 matches the IP address
entered in the URL field.
• Send a ping from the host to the SR-5000/2000 to check for network
problems.
• If security software or a firewall is enabled on the PC, temporarily disable this
software.

A connection can be established to the SR-5000/2000

from a web browser, but some data is not displayed.
Use the following information as a reference and implement countermeasures.
• If security software or a firewall is enabled on the PC, temporarily disable this
software.

When you attempt to display an error image on the

History screen, "no image" is displayed.
The probable causes are listed below.
• Images cannot be saved if "Save to RAM" is not selected for the image saving
setting on the SR-5000/2000.
In AutoID Network Navigator, select "Save to RAM" for the setting for saving
images when a reading error occurs.
• Images cannot be saved if a short time such as 30 ms or less is specified for
the length of time to apply timing input to the SR-5000/2000.
Specify a sufficiently long timing input time.

When you attempt to display an error image on the

History screen, "Failed.(ER,TRGIMG,23)" is displayed.
The probable causes are listed below.
• This is displayed during communication between the SR-5000/2000 and
AutoID Network Navigator.
