You wish to help your students better understand these concepts. To do this you are required to: (a) Read relevant journal articles on the role of experiments and projects in science teaching and learning. Write an essay of about 6-8 pages explaining how experiments and projects could help students understand scientific concepts. (b) Write TWO clear sets of experimental procedures to illustrate the concepts mentioned in (i) and a suitable project for your students to investigate (ii). (c) Write out a reflection in about THREE pages focussing on the strength of the experiment and project, how the experiment and the project can be further improved, teachers role, students role and other relevant aspects.
