New Machine – Hermle Machining Centre C250

Market demands and competitiveness dictate the speed of technological innovation application and
advancement in production line and tools necessary for work in the contemporary surroundings. Eager
to always keep up with the changes and production practices of large manufacturers, our production
plant has been equipped with a new Hermle machine.

The machine in question is a CNC machining centre Hermle C250, constructed for everyday use. This 3-
axis machine enables us a much higher precision suited to our needs. Compactness and excellent
accessibility of the milling machine allow us fine and precise processing of mold parts and machine
parts. It is placed in the new tool shop in Inmold 4.0.

Among numerous characteristics, we shall mention the following:

 Maximum table load: 1 100 kg
 Traverse path (x, y, z) - 600 x 550 x 450 mm
 Spindle: 18 000 rpm HSK – A63
 Control unit: Heidenhain TNC 640

Thanks to the prominent characteristics of the C250 milling machine, we wholeheartedly believe in even
further progress and development on product market, which certainly represents our aspiration.
Furthermore, with the aim of a more successful product realization and demands, we have opted for
two more Hermle derivatives, Hermle C650 and C400, which will soon supplement our production
potential.
