OJT PROGRAM
The OJT program will help new employees at Clark Material Handling Viet Nam Company gain a clear
understanding of their job responsibilities and rapidly develop within the work requirements.
Throughout the OJT process, new employees will be regularly assessed to ensure they are acquiring
the necessary knowledge and skills for their jobs.
HR team is responsible to escort new employees to each department before and after training at each
department and introduce them to company managers.
