Although it may seem like a no-brainer, employee training is actually

Training should not be a one-time experience during the onboarding
process, but rather a continuously evolving element of an employee’s

Training schedule
It depends on the position you're applying and on the company rules,
usually it takes from 1 to 2 weeks to train new employees, but
sometimes it takes much longer, in the job like we offer approximately
it can last to several days or a week only. Trainees will be teach clear
and concise to avoid repetition and delays.

Training outline
 in the first 3 days we will conduct a safety measure training to
avoid sudden accidents in the field.
 the next two days we will spent time to conduct a soft skill
training.
 the rest days will be focused on the technical self development
training both in the field and off field.
OUTPUT

Day 1- 2 Orientation takes place . Discuss the rules and


regulation of the company . Do's and Don'ts will be
clearly teach.

Day 3-4 Briefly conduct a safety precautions and how to


handle the materials properly and carefully. They will be
teach how to put and where to put the materials/ supply
and will be instruction to always clean the shelf.

Day 5-6 They will be teach to how properly talk to the


customer with an appropriate manners.

Day 7-8 They will have a preliminary evaluation to


justify if they actually get and understand the instruction.

Day 9-10 If the trainee successfully did the job


according to what his instructor told him with an
accurate and correct job , then He will be able to work in
the company.
