Training should not be a one-time experience during the onboarding
process, but rather a continuously evolving element of an employee’s
career.
Training schedule
It depends on the position you're applying and on the company rules,
usually it takes from 1 to 2 weeks to train new employees, but
sometimes it takes much longer, in the job like we offer approximately
it can last to several days or a week only. Trainees will be teach clear
and concise to avoid repetition and delays.

in the first 3 days we will conduct a safety measure training to
avoid sudden accidents in the field.
the next two days we will spent time to conduct a soft skill
training.
the rest days will be focused on the technical self development
training both in the field and off field.
