Heating PEX-AL-PEX O-Rings

For replacement in Heating PEX-AL-PEX Compression Fittings Sizes:  1/2" (12.7 mm) Heating PEX-AL-PEX 3/4" (19.1 mm) Heating PEX-AL-PEX
Watts Heating PEX-AL-PEX O-rings made from EPDM and are a component of the compression fitting seal for Heating PEX-AL-PEX tubing.

Specifications
Watts Heating PEX-AL-PEX O-rings are made of EPDM (EthylenePropylene-Diene Monomer) and are used as part of the double-O-ring seal in Heating PEX-AL-PEX compression fittings. Heating PEX-ALPEX O-rings are rated for a maximum of 200 psi (13.8 bar) at 250F (121.0C).

Installation Parameters
Heating PEX-AL-PEX must be installed in accordance with all Watts installation procedures, including information provided in the Heating PEX and Heating PEX-AL-PEX Installation Manual. 1. Unpack O-ring and locate O-ring grooves on fitting. 2. P  lace a new O-ring over the fitting barb and carefully slide down the fitting into O-ring grooves with your fingers. Do not use any petroleum-based lubricant on O-ring or fitting. Warm water may be used to help slide O-ring into place. 3. Install tubing in accordance with all Watts installation procedures.
