Jay-Ann: Nelson Mandela once said that education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world
and with this, recognizing young minds achievement is a very crucial step in shaping the future generation.
Jaymar: Today, we honor a group of exceptional individuals who have demonstrated outstanding performance and have
reached significant milestones. Their achievements have not only brought pride to themselves but have also brought
honor to their families, friends, and this esteemed institution.

Today, we are gathered to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our Grade 11 and Grade 12 students. This
ceremony is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Each of our them has a unique journey filled
with challenges and triumphs, and today we recognize and celebrate their success."
Jay-Ann: And now, to officially welcome you all to today's event, I am delighted to introduce our speaker from Grade 11-

Jaymar: Thank you for those very enlightening welcoming remarks. I hope that all of us here today will be able to savor
every part of this ceremony.
Jay-Ann: At this moment, one of the patronized parts of the ceremony is the giving of certificates and medals for our
academic awardees and special awardees. It is the time when parents will be given the chance to witness the shower of
their sweat hard work for their sons or daughters. To give the award for the Grade 11-Academic Awardees, my I call our
ever-active Secondary School Principal II, Dr. Felisa D. Batuigas and Senior High School Teacher-in-charge, Mrs. Maria
F. Mates and to be assisted by the Grade 11-Chairperson, Mrs. Vilma G. Bacolod.

Jay-Ann: One of today’s highlights is to share appreciation on how the year been through with our young minds.
Another milestone for this school year was the Joint Delivery and Vocational Training Program specifically meant for any
DEPED Public Senior High Schools Offering TVL Specialization. Students under this program will be able to learn
additional skills from institutions which can further provide training or skills. To give his words of gratitude, allow me to

throughout your basic education mark how you work hard and how ready you are on the next level of your life.
BEFORE THE KEYNOTE SPEAKERSHIP
Jay Ann: Madridejos National High School for the past 7 decades has been producing graduates who have attributed a lot
to different fields and who were very successful in their career. Since it is our recognition today, it is also very inspiring to
have someone who can share his success story on how he made life from rags to riches.
INTRODUCTION TO THE VICE-MAYOR:
- Graduated as Batch 1988 of the formerly Madridejos Provincial High School (MPHS)
- Graduated with a degree in Marine Transportation in the year 1992 at the University of the Visayas
- An outstanding public servant
- Sangguniang Bayan (SB) Member for 3 terms from 2013-2022
- Businessman and Owner of Vyvs General Merchandise and Vyvs Poultyr
- Our very own Municipal Vice Mayor, let us welcome our MPHS/MNHS Pride Alumnus, ladies and gentlemen

Jaymar: Thank you for that very inspiring speech our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Vincent Y. Villacrucis. Indeed, life’s
success depends on how we make decision and how we manifest perseverance. I hope that you are all inspired to strive
hard and live further for a better life.
Jay Ann: At this moment, it is not just academic that has been happening inside the four walls of the classroom but in
other ways where each learner can excel. It is one way of telling them to continue what they love and to excel more. It is
time to award special awards in recognition of their contribution to the school and of course good service, and to lead the

Jaymar: To all Grade 11 and Grade 12 Special Awardees my kudos for doing a beyond-the-mile job.
Joint Delivery and Vocational Training Program (JDVP) is one of the programs of the Department of Education
which aims to aims to empower public schools offering SHS-TVL track through partnerships with institutions that are
equipped with the necessary resources to carry out the program. Today, these TVL-EIM and Housekeeping learners have
successfully passed the certification thus earning them the most coveted National Certificate II as well as the Certificate
of Training in which they can use in applying for future job if in case they do not wish to proceed right away in the
tertiary level.

made this far. I, myself, as a former student of their age could also relate of all those kinds of struggles, deadlines, and
among others.
Jay-Ann: Yes, I agree with you sir. As we celebrate the remarkable achievements of our students today, it is important to
recognize the unwavering support and dedication of those who have been with them every step of the way—their parents.
Jaymar: Parents, your encouragement, sacrifices, and unconditional love have been the foundation upon which our
students have built their successes. Today, we want to take a special moment to honor you and express our deepest
gratitude for all that you do.
