Online folder for the Oc TCS500 and the Oc ColorWave 600
Ready for any job with the fully integrated online folder for the Oc TCS500 and the Oc ColorWave 600. Combining the productive Oc TCS500 print, copy and scan system or the Oc ColorWave 600 with an online folder, results in automatically folded wide format color prints and copies. Convenient user centered operation, enable folding directly from the driver and the scanner operation panel. The folding solution allows users to run their color jobs truly unattended, expanding the productivity of the system, especially if you have no time to waste. The prints or copies from the Oc TCS500 and the Oc ColorWave 600 are automatically fed into the folder via a color compatible bridge and are folded according to a folding programme selected on the operator panel of the folder. From the 8 folding programmes, 4 programmes are pre programmed and 4 programmes are user defined. Proven folding technology based on sword and rollers, is then taking care of precise folding according to Din 824 A, B and C standards. A reinforcement strip can be attached (optional) and then the folded plot is delivered on a belt. The off line folding allows to manually feed unfolded plots in the folder. Thanks to the automatic media selection of the Oc wide format systems and an optional rotation unit, complete sets varying from A3 to A0 can be delivered folded without manual intervention. Long plots up to 6 meter long can be folded as well.
