Dear Parents,
We take great pleasure in announcing the commencement of cricket coaching under the aegis of the
Gregorian Sports & Cultural Academy.
Kindly note the pertinent details:
The course duration will be for FIVE MONTHS
from December 2023 to April 2024.
Classes will commence on 1st December, 2023.
The timings for cricket coaching will be from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Classes will be conducted on all school working days
(INCLUSIVE of days of assessments/exams).
If there is a public holiday on the scheduled day of the activity,
the coach will hold a compensatory class/extend timing, as required.
Classes will NOT BE CONDUCTED during the
Christmas/Annual Break.
There are LIMITED SEATS available. Admission to the course will be strictly on first come first
serve basis.
The designated day and timing for the activity will not be changed under any circumstances. Parents
who have already opted for some other activity in the Gregorian Academy during these days must
not enroll their wards for cricket coaching.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS BOARDING THE SCHOOL BUS:
It is mandatory for parents to fill the bus letter/number (return journey) in the details in the Fee
Book App. Parents must also inform the bus operator on days the student is not boarding the school
bus. We expect parents’ cooperation in this matter.
Parents will have to make their own arrangements for pick-up of students, after the class.
Parents who are interested in registering their wards must pay the course fees on or before
28th November, 2023.
Parents are requested to send dry snacks.
The sportswear for the session will be informed by the coach.

Step 1
Select the CORRECT module for payment:
CRICKET COACHING ACADEMY for Stds. 1-5
SECONDARY CRICKET ACADEMY for Stds. 6-9 and Std. 11
Step 2
After selecting the Module write down the captcha mentioned on the screen and continue.
Step 3
Fill in all the details.
Step 4
In the remarks column, please mention the days of the activity.
Step 5
In order to get the receipt, please fill in the required details.
Step 6
Click on continue and make the payment
Payment modes:
1. UPI
2. Cards
a. Debit Card only Rupay. Visa and Master are blocked.
b. Credit card - payments can be made using Visa, Master and Rupay.
3. Net banking - please check whether your bank name is available.
Fees for the entire duration of the course, have to be paid in FULL, ideally on or before
28th November, 2023. Kindly adhere to the given deadline to enable us to make suitable arrangements.
Once the activity commences, fees will not be refunded.
