A special Sports Coaching Camp is being organized for the students of Classes V to VIII in the school
premises as per the following schedule:

Please Note the following:

• Duration of training session will be 7.30 am to 9.00 am on school working days.
• Parents are requested to drop their ward to school at 7.30 am at the school Main Gate (Gate
No: 1) and pick them from the school at 9.00 am (Athletics & Football: Main Gate (Gate No:
1), Basketball & Badminton: Bus Gate (Gate No: 3).
• All participants must attend the coaching in proper Sports T-shirt, shorts & shoes.
• Students must bring water bottle, fruits and healthy snacks for the small break in between the
coaching.
• Last date for submitting the Consent Form at the School Main Gate is Tuesday, 16 May 2023.
The list of students selected for the special Sports Coaching Camp will be displayed on the school
portal on Saturday, 20 May 2023.
• No extra Fee will be charged for these sessions.
• Allotment of seats will be on first come first serve basis.
• Buses will ply on regular routes in the morning till 29 May 2023.

the special Sports Coaching Camp for the event ____________________ (choose anyone from:
Athletics/Badminton/Basketball/Football) from 22 May 2023 to 31 May 2023. I hereby solemnly
affirm and declare that my ward is physically fit as per my knowledge.
I understand that Sports Department will take care of my ward but sports is an area where there are
chances of injuries and mishaps. In case of any illness/injury/mishap/personal loss caused during the
course of coaching, I will not hold the school authorities and coach responsible (partly or wholly).
I agree that my ward will not absent herself/ himself for the coaching classes without information to
the coach.
I will ensure timely pick-up of my ward from the school.
